Responsible for the conception, design and implementation of a corporate B2B dynamic trading which allowed the integration of legacy systems.

• Responsible for Data Center design, implementation and operation.

• Obtained significant budget cuts in hardware infrastructure investment by implementing Open Source software solutions over commodity hardware.

• Managed Infrastructure and Software Development teams.

• Managed development of five Latin-American Industry Portals for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Textile, Steel and Financial markets. Portals were developed using Apache, Java, Perl, C++, and MySQL.

• Supervised the integration of companies who participated in dynamic trade platform, including Reichhold Chemical, BASF, Novartis, Grupo IUSA, and the Mexican Stock Exchange.

• Designed the purchasing system for Nestlé de Mexico and Volkswagen de Mexico (both for direct and indirect materials) using BEA Weblogic, Java and Oracle Database Server.

• Redesign and extension of Ariba’s Dynamic pricing to allow localization and internationalization and allow custom workflows. Applied LatinB2B's proprietary tools and methodology in order to beat Ariba's product development process. Obtained a 60% project development cycle improvement which derived in an Ariba partnership with LatinB2B as beta tester.
